By continuing to access, use, or register on the Nuri Cashback website/application, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to all privacy policies, including all terms and conditions of application use, which will constitute an agreement between you and Nuri Cashback. • "Nuri Cashback" means "We" or PT Nuri Gaya Citra, a company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and domiciled at Jalan H. Agus Salim No. 45, Kelurahan Kebon Sirih, Kecamatan Menteng, Central Jakarta Administrative City, DKI Jakarta Province 10340, which owns and operates the Nuri Cashback website/application.
• "Application" means the NuriCashback platform available on Google Play Store, App Store, and/or other stores, websites, services, and products available on your device system.
• "Personal Information" means individual and/or specific company data collected through the application when you register, such as phone number, name, gender, date of birth, email, and other personal information, including other personal information required after you register as an Application User.
• "Terms and Conditions" means all terms and conditions, including standard operating procedures and/or other provisions related to the platform developed by NuriCashback, as may be amended or added from time to time;
• "Services and Products" means everything offered through the application to you, including but not limited to cashback and other services provided from time to time.

RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your Personal Information will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill its collection purposes or as required and/or permitted by applicable law. Nuri Cashback will cease to store your Personal Information, or delete your Personal Information as an individual, as soon as it can be assumed that the purpose of collecting your information is no longer served by storing Personal Information, and storage is no longer required for legal and business purposes. Some of your Personal Information may be stored by third parties or Users in certain ways (such as through screenshots). Information conveyed through communication between you and Third Parties, conducted outside the Application (such as through phone, text messages, or other communication modes), may also be stored in various ways. We do not allow the storage of Personal Information in this way, and we are not responsible to you for the same. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for the storage of your Personal Information. You agree to release Nuri Cashback, as well as officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates of Nuri Cashback from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including but not limited to legal costs and expenses on a full indemnity basis) arising directly or indirectly from the unauthorized storage of your Personal Information.

• When you register for our services.
• When you interact with our services.

PURPOSE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTION

The purpose of Nuri Cashback in collecting your Personal Information is to enable the Nuri Cashback Application to function in providing services and information that you need better. For this, we use your Personal Information to:

• Process your registration for our services.
• Verify your ownership of an account within the Nuri Cashback Application.
• Respond to questions and/or requests you make.
• Manage and fulfill Nuri Cashback's obligations related to any agreements between Nuri Cashback and you.

You agree that Nuri Cashback may provide your Personal Information to Third Parties, both companies and individuals, with whom Nuri Cashback collaborates to facilitate or provide operational assistance or development of specific applications and services for and/or on behalf of Nuri Cashback, including but not limited to:

• Providing consumer services.
• Performing services related to the Application (including but not limited to maintenance services, database management, analysis of Application usage, and improvement of features in the Application).
• Assisting Nuri Cashback in analyzing how the Application and Services are used and how they are developed.
• Assisting professional advisors and external auditors of Nuri Cashback, including legal advisors, financial advisors, and other related consultants. These third parties only have access to your Personal Information to perform these tasks for and/or on behalf of Nuri Cashback and not to disclose or use that Personal Information for any other purpose.
• Nuri Cashback does not share and/or sell your Personal Information to any interested party other than third parties for specific purposes mentioned in the first paragraph of this section. However, we will disclose your Personal Information as required by law, or necessary to comply with the provisions of regulations, government institutions, or in case of disputes, or any form of legal process between you and Nuri Cashback, or between you and other parties related to or related to the Application and Services, or in emergency situations related to your security.

The protection of your Personal Information data is the responsibility of Nuri Cashback. Nuri Cashback will take steps to protect and secure your data and Personal Information. However, Nuri Cashback cannot guarantee that the Nuri Cashback system will not be accessed by viruses, malware, interruptions, or extraordinary events, including unauthorized access by unauthorized third parties. You are also responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of data related to your account on the Application, including passwords and other data you provide in this Application.

MANAGEMENT OF REFERRAL PROGRAM

We may offer features that allow you to inform others about our services. If you choose to use the referral feature, we will send electronic communications inviting them to join our services. We will store this information for the purpose of tracking the success of our referral program. If you choose to participate in our referral program, you represent and warrant that you have a personal relationship with your referral and that you are authorized to share their information with the Company for the purpose of the Company sending communications to invite them to join the Service. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Privacy Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any and all disputes arising from this Privacy Policy will be governed by the exclusive jurisdiction of the Central Jakarta District Court.

STATEMENTS AND CONSENT

By using this application, you declare that you have read carefully, understood, accepted, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and its Terms and Conditions of use and give your consent to Nuri Cashback to store, use, process, provide, and transfer your personal information, all of which will be considered an agreement between you and Nuri Cashback. Nuri Cashback also states that you have the right to provide all the information you have provided to Nuri Cashback and to give Nuri Cashback the right to process and use and provide information to support and carry out the functions of the Application and release Nuri Cashback from any claims if in the future there are claims of the invalidity of your rights to provide information.
